2. Submit a privacy request
Use this form to ask us to access, copy, delete or correct your personal information, or to opt out or appeal. It opens a pre-filled email to [email protected], so you have a record of what you sent. You can also write to us directly.
3. What happens next
- We confirm receipt within 10 business days.
- We verify your identity by matching the details you provided with our records, and may email you a confirmation link. Opt-out requests don’t require verification.
- We respond within 45 days. If we need more time (up to another 45 days), we will tell you why.
- If we decline your request, we will explain why and how to appeal.
Exercising your rights will never affect your place in the reservation queue or the price you are offered.
